2026 Equestrian Camp

Wild Wings Equestrian Camp fosters a safe, and engaging environment where campers between the ages of 6 and 12, of all riding abilities can learn equine care. Campers will learn a balanced riding seat, to care for horses and build community with others who share their interests.

Camp Dates:

February 23rd-27th
- Registration Ends 1/14/2026 $250 to reserve spot
- Balance of $560 due 2/9/2026

Camp Schedule:

9 am Arrival and daily meeting
9:30 – 10 am Horse Management Daily Chores
10-10:30 am Grooming and Tacking
10:30 -11:30 am Morning Ride
12 pm Lunch
12:30 – 1:30 Horse Management Lesson and/or Craft
1:30-2:30 pm Afternoon Ride
3 pm Pick Up
Friday afternoon parents are invited at 2 pm to experience a demonstration of what campers have learned throughout the week.

Camp Activities:

Riding:

Campers will ride twice a day learning a balanced seat. Riding activities include balanced seat instruction in groups or individually, games, trail riding, and jumping skills.

Horse Management:

Campers will participate in two experiential horse management lessons each day. Topics are camper driven and may include daily care, grooming, bathing, equipment care, equine first aid, colors and breed descriptions and more.
